Return Policy

At cottonblossom.in, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we are here to help.

We provide no questions asked returns within 7 days of delivery of clothes.

Please return your purchase in its original packaging with all the parts and freebies with your original receipt for a refund. Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when you are returning it.

If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Refund of Payment

For refund of payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or EMI, please mail us at support@cottonblossom.in to initiate refund.

If your order has been cancelled, then you will receive refund in your Cottonblossom.in cash refund section. You may choose to use that refund in your next order or even have it credited back to you by initiating refund to your original mode of payment by mailing us at support@cottonblossom.in

If you would like a refund to your bank account/credit card, the same will be processed by bank/payment gateway within 15 working days of initiating refund request. Payments made through Cash on Delivery will be processed within 15 working days of receiving the Bank Details from you.

Refunds pertaining to product(s) which have been returned will be credited to your Cottonblossom.in Cash refund section, once the product is received at our facility and we have completed all quality checks and verifications at our end.

For payments made through any of the wallet gateways like Paytm, MobiKwik etc., the amount will be refunded to the Cottonblossom.in cash refund section. You may choose to use that refund in your next order or even have it credited back to you by initiating refund to your original mode of payment by mailing us at support@cottonblossom.in.
